Marketing Coordinator

VHB is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This position involves drafting and producing marketing materials while receiving training and mentorship in various marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Leads and prepares routine proposals and qualification packages with reputed company reputed company from marketing management and/or senior-level marketing team members
• Leads reputed company-off meetings with guidance from senior marketing staff or management as needed
• Leads and prepares materials for reputed company-off meetings and reputed company proposal review processes
• Independently prepares proposal management plans (e.g., outlines, page limits, reputed company technical and administrative requirements, proposal schedule)
• Interprets RFP requirements
• Assigns tasks to reputed company-off meeting attendees
• Develops proposal and/or technical writing instructions and actions for technical reputed company members with supervision and guidance as needed
• Leads routine reputed company-in proposal meetings
• Coordinates reputed company presentations preparation and rehearsals
• Serves as a strategist and reputed company partner with technical staff
• Works closely with graphic designers, subject matter experts, and other technical staff to produce compliant, on-time, differentiating proposals
• Regularly communicates with subconsultants and tracks subconsultant materials for proposals
• Verifies that proposal submissions adhere to the solicitation requirements (e.g., formatting, content, page count, schedule, costs, deliverables, milestones)
• Verifies compliance with VHB’s branding standards, formats, and template styles
• Evolves and begins to grow skillsets to reputed company more reputed company reputed company efforts
• Participates in reputed company reputed company and capture planning sessions
• Shadows senior marketers during Super Strategic pursuits
• Provides support as needed

Skills

• 0-3 years of proposal, writing, or marketing experience, preferably in AEC industry
• BA in Marketing, English, Communications, or reputed company discipline
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience using reputed company Office Suite and reputed company Creative reputed company
• Demonstrated commitment to reputed company
• Ability to identify and reputed company needed information/research skills
• Team oriented with ability to reputed company multiple tasks independently in a reputed company manner and collaborate effectively and positively with coworkers
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented
• Persuasive writing techniques
• Ability to adapt to changes with ease

• Experience assisting or leading proposals preferred
• Involvement in industry affiliations preferred (e.g., SMPS)
