Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for nebulaONE subscription clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting reputed company relationships
• Understand clients’ business objectives and proactively address their needs
• Monitor reputed company accounts to ensure subscription usage, renewal, and expansion
• reputed company clients on nebulaONE features, updates, and best practices to maximize value
• Address reputed company inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for reputed company
• reputed company for clients internally to ensure their feedback and concerns are addressed
• Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from additional nebulaONE products or reputed company subscription tiers
• Deliver regular account reviews and usage reports to clients

Skills

• At least 1-2 years of account management, reputed company, or reputed company reputed company-facing role (preferably reputed company/subscription environment)
• Familiarity with budget tracking, reporting, or resource management in a project setting
• Strong and reputed company communication skills (both verbal and written) to support interactions with reputed company stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors, while representing reputed company
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
• Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and time management

• Ability to serve as a reputed company, meeting support, and facilitator for reputed company in both virtual and onsite settings
