HR Specialist - Brazil

reputed company is looking for a proactive, knowledgeable, and people-driven HR Specialist to support employees and reputed company operations across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Peru. This role blends hands-on HR process management as reputed company as some technical payroll expertise, ensuring excellent service delivery and full compliance with local labor and tax regulations. You will serve as the primary HR representative for these markets, collaborating closely with cross-functional and cross-border teams. Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR reputed company of contact and internal teams, clients and reputed company employees in the region.
• Manage our employee lifecycle, including reputed company, contract and policy management, benefits coordination, and offboarding.
• reputed company expert guidance on local labor and reputed company reputed company laws, ensuring full compliance across reputed company jurisdictions.
