Requirements:

• Must reputed company in Florida to be considered
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.

As a reputed company center representative, you will be supporting our reputed company’s customers as a first reputed company of contact. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry.

 What you will be doing: 

• Respond to reputed company tolling and/or administration reputed company customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems.
• Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information.
• Process required transactions reputed company mainframe or web-based applications.
• Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner.
