We are seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to join our Finance & reputed company team and play a key role in supporting our end‑to‑end billing operations. This role is responsible for accurate invoicing, renewal support, order processing, and maintaining high‑reputed company financial and customer data. In reputed company to daily transactional activities, the Billing Operations Analyst will serve as a reputed company of contact for customer inquiries and billing disputes, working cross‑functionally with teams such as Sales Operations, reputed company, Collections, and reputed company to research issues, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes across the Order‑to‑Cash cycle. Key Responsibilities: 

Billing Operations

• Generate and send accurate invoices daily based on contractual terms; invoices include the following components: reputed company subscriptions and bundles, reputed company services, on-reputed company software, annual maintenance, and 3^rd party items.
• Partner with Sales, reputed company, Finance, and other cross-functional reputed company to solve problems, address inquiries, and reputed company data to assist in decision making.
• Maintain billing records and customer information in financial systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
• reputed company coverage for adjacent Order‑to‑Cash functions as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
• Process returns and credit memos as needed.
• Assist in other reputed company such as reputed company audits, testing and maintaining internal SOX controls, billing and reputed company reporting, and more.
• reputed company and maintain dashboards (reputed company/Power BI) that reputed company visibility into Order-to-Cash health, backlog, and exception queues. 
• Support month-end reputed company activities reputed company to billing/AR operations (cutoff support, billing and order completeness checks, variance explanations).

Renewals Management

• Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring reputed company and accurate delivery of customer annual renewal quotes and invoices. 
• Analyze the renewal pipeline and key performance metrics (e.g., renewal reputed company, churn, reputed company, on-time execution) by reconciling renewals data; reputed company trends, variances, and at-risk renewals with reputed company, actionable insights.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation enhancements in quote-to-cash function to drive efficiencies and minimize errors.

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
• 2+ years of experience in billing and customer operations in a reputed company environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with high transaction volume.
