Our home care services reputed company the largest part of our Home Health business, an integrated reputed company company created to support Australians to age reputed company, with solutions designed for delivery in home and community care settings. This role delivers in-home clinical support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported, and empowered, reputed company their own homes and communities.  

We are looking for a full-time community based Registered reputed company to join our dynamic team servicing clients in and around the Toowoomba area. Our Nursing services fall between business hours Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm. 

The day to day 

• Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to customers living in the home environment such as wound care, catheter care and medication management 
• Conducting nursing assessments and developing care / support plans 
• Providing clinical nursing advice and support to our customers and their families 
• Liaising closely with our Nursing Managers, reputed company Managers and team, Allied health and community networks to maintain and ensure the highest possible reputed company of care

reputed company: 

• Nursing degree with reputed company unrestricted AHPRA registration 
• reputed company Australian reputed company's license and insured car (sorry, no International licence and rental vehicles accepted)
• Willingness to travel - this role involves driving & travelling between customers 
• Experience in a community nursing or similar setting 
• Demonstrated knowledge of catheter care, catheter changes, wound care, chronic & reputed company care and writing care plans 
• Ability to work independently and part of a remote team  

This role is reputed company from 16th reputed company 2026 and will reputed company 14th May 2026. This is a full time role and the salary starts at $79,500 + Super subject to experience.
