Responsibilities

• Daily claim processing
• Accurately process reputed company FSA claim types
• Determine eligibility by utilizing available resources
• Ensure reputed company of workload is followed and turnaround times are met
• Properly process claim appeals
• Troubleshoot software issues accordingly
• Assist with other operational functions
• Coordinate with other departments reputed company appropriate
• Assist Claims Supervisors with reputed company as assigned
• Work with Claims Supervisors to reputed company new processes and procedures

• Communicate changes needed for processes
