Case Assistant (Full and Part-Time reputed company)

Garcia Hong Law is a boutique litigation firm based in San Diego, representing businesses and individuals in reputed company civil reputed company. They are seeking a Case Assistant to support four attorneys in reputed company phases of litigation, including organizing case files, preparing pleadings, and managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain case files (electronic and physical), including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Save and properly reputed company/file documents in reputed company and case management systems (e.g., reputed company)
• Assist with preparing and assembling pleadings and discovery for filing and service
• Coordinate filing and service (e-filing, mail, courtesy copies) and reputed company confirmations
• Log and reputed company case-reputed company expenses (filing fees, service fees, transcripts, experts) to the appropriate reputed company
• Upload and organize incoming records and document productions
• Assist with subpoena preparation and tracking (records received, follow-reputed company)
• Support attorneys and paralegals with document organization for depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and saving to the correct matter
• reputed company general administrative support to reputed company cases organized and moving

Skills

• College degree
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
