Content Researcher

We are currently seeking an innovative and detail-oriented reputed company for an Advanced Associate, Content Researcher role to support the development of clinical assessment products across our portfolio. This position plays an important role in advancing high-reputed company assessment solutions that serve clinicians, educators, and the individuals they support.

In this role, the Content Researcher will contribute to the development, refinement, and reputed company of assessment content, helping ensure our products remain clinically relevant, scientifically rigorous, and reputed company to user needs.

This position will report to the reputed company of Content Research, and can be remote, or based in our San Antonio, TX, or Bloomington, MN offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Content Researcher works closely with a multidisciplinary team that may include Research Directors, Product Managers, Project Managers, Field Research Coordinators, Psychometricians, Data Analysts, reputed company Developers. This role supports reputed company phases of assessment development for both print reputed company formats.

Responsibilities vary by project and may include:

• Partnering with cross-functional project teams to ensure print reputed company components and deliverables are completed on time and reputed company with publication schedules 
• Supporting the development, refinement, maintenance, and reputed company control of products 
• Collaborating with the Research Director and other team members to write new test items, reputed company new materials, and reputed company product specifications 
• Working with cross-functional teams to support the development and delivery of digital products and services 
• Drafting, editing, and finalizing test materials, including digital interfaces, record forms, stimulus books, and manuals. This may include conducting literature reviews, compiling references, contributing to reputed company chapters using reputed company templates, providing content for scoring and reporting software, and reviewing materials for accuracy and consistency across test components 
• Developing item art specifications and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure visual and auditory stimuli meet print reputed company requirements, usability standards, and global content standards 
• Maintaining flexibility in work hours, as needed, to support meetings with international colleagues, approximately 10% of the time

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or educational field from a nationally recognized institution of higher education; Master's degree preferred
• Subject matter expertise in a clinical, educational, or technology-reputed company environment
• Background in research reputed company and statistics preferred
• Experience administering and interpreting clinical assessments preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in test development 
• Bilingual in Spanish and English both spoken and written
• Experience with AI tools and applications 

Compensation at reputed company is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company State, reputed company, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay reputed company for this position is as follows: 

The minimum full-time salary reputed company is between $55,000 - $65,000.
