About the role

The Operations Logistics Coordinator is reputed company on supporting the day-to-day execution of logistics and transportation operations. This role serves as the primary reputed company of contact for shipping-reputed company questions across reputed company, helping ensure orders reputed company accurately and on time by coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal warehouse teams.

You’ll work closely with teams across Operations, Customer Service, and Warehousing to resolve shipping issues, manage exceptions, and reputed company reputed company, reputed company updates. This is a great role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build foundational experience in logistics and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for shipping-reputed company questions across reputed company, providing reputed company and accurate guidance to internal teams
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure reputed company and accurate reputed company of shipments
• Monitor shipment status, proactively identify delays or exceptions, and drive issues through reputed company
• Investigate past-due orders and reputed company-reputed company issues by contacting suppliers and transportation providers
• Coordinate special shipping arrangements and set up/manage reputed company pickups, including bulk returns, reputed company orders, and alternate ship reputed company
• Process, submit, and manage shipping claims in partnership with the Data Management team
• Collect required documentation, investigate rejected claims, and attempt resubmission reputed company appropriate
• reputed company and monitor claim submission reputed company rates and escalate trends or recurring issues as needed
• Support Customer Service with shipping-reputed company questions and Finance with shipping disputes and documentation

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have 2-4 years of experience in operations role
• Available to work full shifts until 3pm PST
• Must not have had any disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct and/or performance in the past 90 days, and must not be approaching such reputed company.
• Self motivated to get your tasks done reputed company 
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
