The ITSM reputed company reputed company is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the successful reputed company of new business partners and acquired entities onto the reputed company ITSM platform. Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Solid experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) delivery and transformation

• Hands‑on knowledge of ITIL‑reputed company processes (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge)

  ITIL Foundations V3 or V4
