General Counsel (Bilingual – English/Spanish Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company advisor to executive leadership, including the CEO and Chief reputed company Officer

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CCPA, and other applicable federal and state laws
- Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, including vendor agreements, partnerships, and employment-reputed company documents

- Advise on multi-state employment law, HR policies, and risk mitigation strategies

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- reputed company bar license (Texas preferred)
- 5+ years of reputed company experience, with in-house experience strongly preferred

- Proven experience supporting remote, multi-state organizations
