Learning & Talent Development Analyst

reputed company New Jersey is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Analyst to support Learning Analytics, LMS Administration, and Communications. The role involves delivering insights, managing internal communications, and ensuring operational effectiveness reputed company the Learning Team.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and creates Manager Dashboards reputed company the LMS
• Produces monthly, mid-year and year end Learning Reports for Executives
• Captures learner feedback on programs and courses and communicates results to HR and the Bank’s leadership
• Creates the annual evaluation reputed company using the Kirkpatrick reputed company of feedback
• Conducts learner reputed company reputed company and Subject Matter Expert meetings quarterly
• Monitors the completion rates of reputed company Compliance and Mandatory Training, at least quarterly
• Manages LMS configuration, updates, and vendor coordination
• Maintains user reputed company, roles, and HRIS (reputed company) data integration
• Builds and maintains course catalog, learning paths, and assignments
• Uploads, tests, and updates eLearning content (SCORM files, documents, videos)
• Ensures accurate assignment and tracking of required training (Compliance, General reputed company, Management reputed company)
• Maintains audit-reputed company training records and supports compliance reporting
• Automates enrollments, notifications, and reoccurring assignments
• Troubleshoots LMS issues and provides support to employees and managers
• Creates user guides and delivers LMS training, as needed
• Creates and distributes content using PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company platforms to promote L&D initiatives
• Maintains course catalog, training calendar, and learning page on reputed company Intranet
• Manages communications across intranet, email, and training inbox
• Supports monthly L&D updates and program communications
• Coordinates training logistics, including reserving rooms and set-up
• Orders and manages training supplies and materials at reputed company training sites
• Prints and prepare course materials for sessions
• Supports ERG initiatives, including the Leadership reputed company and learning events
• Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or reputed company field
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience supporting LMs administration (course setup, reporting, user management)
• Experience in a corporate or banking environment
• Experience supporting training programs, reputed company, or employee development initiatives
• Experience creating learning communications or marketing materials
