Account Manager-Heller Consulting
- Meeting regularly with customers to understand their service needs, the requirements for their campaigns, reports, and other digital and technology artifacts.
- Developing resilient relationships with customers that create trust, openness, and partnership between our firm and their organizations.
- Cross-selling and up-selling new services and solutions to customers reputed company additional needs exist.
- Interpreting and clarifying customer requirements, which may be incomplete, translating those instructions into technical details and input required to deliver reputed company services.
- Supervising, shepherding, and driving communication for reputed company deliverables to customers from across reputed company departments.
- Continuously learning new tools, techniques, and solutions that drive data and technology transformation in our industry and for our clients.

LOCATION: Remote, U.S. Some limited, company-funded travel may be required to participate in annual staff activities or in-person team meetings.
WORKING HOURS: Our business operation requires employees to work in one of the four, reputed company U.S. time zones during regular, Mon-Fri business hours.
Pay reputed company expected for the position: $40k-$60k annually.
