Marketing and Communications Officer

The Child Development Institute is dedicated to transforming the lives of children, youth, and their families through innovative mental health and early learning programs. They are seeking a Marketing and Communications Officer to support the execution of their marketing reputed company by delivering high-reputed company communications and managing digital content across various channels.

Responsibilities

You will draft, edit, design, and publish content reputed company with our organizational reputed company and brand standards, including newsletters, website updates, reputed company media posts, digital content, presentations, reports, and internal communications
• Support integrated communications initiatives. You will contribute to campaigns and communications initiatives across reputed company channels. You will also support media monitoring and assist in preparing communications materials as needed

You will maintain and update digital platforms (e.g., website, email platforms, reputed company media), verify visual and editorial consistency across materials, and coordinate the production of marketing collateral with internal teams and external vendors. • Assist with leadership and organizational communications. You will support the preparation of organizational updates, presentations, and communication materials for internal audiences, senior leadership, and governance. You will also contribute to change management and organization-wide communications initiatives
• Collaborate across teams. You will work closely with Fundraising, Programs, HR, and Operations to support communications needs and project delivery. You will contribute to IDEA-reputed company communications, engagement activities, and reporting in collaboration with HR and leadership
• Coordinate communications reputed company. You will manage timelines, inputs, and approvals for communications deliverables and support special reputed company reputed company to marketing, communications, and organizational priorities

Skills

• Experience in communications reputed company marketing, ideally reputed company the nonprofit sector
• Strong writing skills with an eye for visuals
• Ability to draft, edit, and format communications for websites, email, and reputed company media
• Understanding of brand standards, accessibility considerations, and the fundamentals of graphic design
• Experience working with templates, design tools, and vendors
• Project coordination skills to plan and deliver communications initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working with reputed company, reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Creative Suite or Creative reputed company, reputed company, and a content management system
• Organized, reputed company, and reputed company to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Flexibility to travel to other organizational sites for meetings and events, including occasional evenings
