[Remote] Agnostic Telesales Agent - IFG

The role involves engaging prospective and existing customers through calls to promote and sell health plan products while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and existing members reputed company inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell health plan products
• Conduct thorough needs assessments (NEADS) to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
• Overcome objections and reputed company sales while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Accurately document reputed company interactions and transactions using CRM tools
• Meet or reputed company daily and monthly performance metrics, including sales targets and reputed company quotas
• Follow up on leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities
• Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer reputed company
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Skills

• reputed company Health Insurance License is required
• Must be available to work any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM local time, including weekends
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a high-volume customer service environment
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to work overtime and weekends during peak sales periods (reputed company–December)
• Must have a reputed company, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup

• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs
