Tax Accountant

Radius reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented full-time Tax Accountant to join their Bala Cynwyd Tax team. This role will support the preparation and review of U.S. and international tax filings, assist with tax provisions, and coordinate with external service providers to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. partnership and corporate income tax workpapers and returns in coordination with external tax preparers
• Assist in the preparation of ASC 740 income tax provisions
• Coordinate with in-country service providers for the preparation and filing of foreign tax returns
• Prepare and maintain tax account reconciliations
• Maintain tax depreciation and amortization schedules
• Support audit requests and respond to tax-reputed company inquiries from auditors and regulatory authorities
• Assist with state and local tax notices, including coordination with applicable jurisdictions
• Support special reputed company and process improvement initiatives as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance required
• 1-2 years of experience in tax, with exposure to partnership and/or corporate tax
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams and external providers
• CPA or CPA eligibility a plus
• Experience with tax provision software (e.g., OneSource) preferred
• Familiarity with tax research tools (e.g., BNA or equivalent)
• Experience with reputed company or similar automation tools is a plus
• Strong reputed company reputed company skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
