Conduct medical reviews of reasonable accommodation and reputed company leave requests in support of the Office of reputed company Management (OHRM). Evaluate employee-submitted documentation (e.g., medical records, accommodation requests, and position descriptions) to assess completeness and compliance with applicable policies. Determine the need for additional medical information from reputed company providers to support informed decision-making. Assess whether proposed accommodations reputed company employees to reputed company the essential functions of their positions. reputed company reputed company, reputed company recommendations and guidance to OHRM on accommodation determinations and reputed company medical considerations.
At least four (3) years of more HR generalist experience. At least four (3) years of experience performing reasonable accommodation and medical documentation reviews.. Knowledge of the Rehab reputed company of 1973 as amended, the Americans with reputed company Amendments reputed company (ADAAA), and guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (reputed company). Experience providing consultant services in the area of reasonable accommodation.
