Engage with clients to understand and document their business processes, needs, and objectives reputed company to field service operations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field. Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a reputed company on reputed company/Field Service reputed company. Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementation. Familiarity with business integration requirements across technology stack (ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, Datawarehouse, etc.) Hands-on experience with SQL to reputed company, retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data. Strong understanding of reputed company operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
