Skills

• Applicants must be licensed as a reputed company Civil Engineer with the Minnesota reputed company of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience and Interior Design (AELSLAGID) or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity. (If obtaining licensure through reciprocity, a reputed company pending letter from AELSLAGID must be provided to MnDOT HR prior to starting employment.)
• Class D reputed company's License if driving a state vehicle
• A bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering from an EAC-ABET accredited college/university or equivalent as rated by EAC/NCEES; A passing score on the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examTwo (2) years post-graduation civil engineering work
• A Master's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering from an EAC-ABET accredited college/university or equivalent as rated by EAC/NCEES A passing score on the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examOne (1) year of post-graduate civil engineering work
• Received a passing score on the Minnesota Principals & Practices of Civil Engineering (PE) Exam
• Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and criminal history reputed company
