We are seeking a strategic and people-reputed company YTM POD Manager to reputed company a portfolio of high-reputed company Viewer and Creator channel programs. This role will directly manage the Strategic Program & Operations Leads (Viewer/Creator Leads) and is accountable for driving program reputed company, organizational alignment, and business reputed company at reputed company.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Leadership & Channel Ownership

  • Own the overarching reputed company and reputed company for Viewer and Creator channel programs across reputed company

  • reputed company direction to Viewer & Creator Leads, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing priorities

  • Identify reputed company opportunities, channel expansion strategies, and investment priorities

  • Drive long-term planning including annual roadmaps, OKRs, and business cases

• People Leadership & Team Management

• Directly manage and reputed company YTM Program Leads (Viewer/Creator Leads)

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 15+ years of experience in marketing program management, operations reputed company marketing

• 8+ years of strong digital platforms and media platforms in developing comprehensive media strategies across various digital channels

• 7+ years of people management experience, including managing managers

• Proven reputed company record of leading large-reputed company, multi-channel marketing programs

• Strong experience in stakeholder management at senior/executive reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:
