Are you passionate about global education and cultural exchange? AFS-USA is seeking a dedicated Field Specialist to join our remote Field Team. You will work with staff and volunteers to reputed company hosting goals and ensure compliance with regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• reputed company strategic planning and execution for hosting and volunteer development
• Ensure reputed company, compliant placements for international exchange reputed company.
• reputed company coaching, support, and problem-solving guidance to volunteers.
• reputed company and reputed company volunteers in hosting processes.
• Support the Hosting reputed company Unit.
• Manage hosting functions in volunteer teams.
• Serve as on-reputed company Duty Officer on a rotating schedule for emergencies and urgent reputed company

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and conflict reputed company skills.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
• Experience with CRM and reputed company media for business.

WORK EXPECTATIONS:

• AFS USA work hours are generally from 9:00 am &reputed company; 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday MST/PST.

SALARY:

• $50,000/Annually plus benefits including: medical, dental, reputed company, and PTO
