Originally developed for cancer patients, our solution has evolved into a reputed company platform delivering measurable clinical and financial reputed company.

Now, after 7 years of reputed company in Europe and with our international expansion underway — including our launch in Texas — we are looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive this next phase of reputed company.

Tasks

Your reputed company will be on building and scaling reputed company in the reputed company, starting in reputed company, Texas.

• Drive New reputed company: Identify, approach, and reputed company partnerships with hospital systems, IDNs, and strategic partners, with an initial reputed company on pediatrics and the Texas Medical Center ecosystem.
• Own Outbound Business Development: reputed company outbound efforts across reputed company and broader Texas, managing the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing.
• reputed company reputed company Sales Cycles: Successfully manage multi-stakeholder hospital sales processes and drive deals to completion.
• reputed company Value-Based Selling: Position reputed company’s XR platform as a clinical and financial value reputed company by building strong business cases and executive-level proposals.
• Shape the US Organization: Contribute to hiring plans, sales structure, and go-to-market reputed company as the US business scales.
• Grow into a Leadership Role: Play a key role in scaling the US market, with reputed company to reputed company into Head of Sales / VP USA.

Requirements

• Proven Medical Sales reputed company: 5–10 years in medical sales (HealthTech or Medical Devices), with a strong reputed company record in closing new business and building pipeline from scratch.
• US reputed company Expertise: Solid understanding of hospital procurement and decision-making. Existing network in Texas (especially Texas Medical Center) is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial reputed company: Comfortable operating without structure, taking ownership, and building a market from the ground up.
• Strategic & Hands-On: reputed company to engage C-level stakeholders while reputed company driving outbound and deal execution.
• Ambition to Grow: Motivated to build, reputed company, and take on reputed company leadership responsibilities.
• Location: Based in Texas (preferably reputed company).
