About the Role

We are seeking a Content Designer to join our Digital Channels and Content team, working at the heart of a cross-functional programme reputed company the Tactical Administration Programme. This role is pivotal in improving the reputed company, structure and usability of content across our SharePoint intranet, helping colleagues and Partners reputed company the information they need, reputed company they need it. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, product owners and stakeholders across Advice, Products, Investments, Marketing, HR and other SJP teams, contributing your specialist content expertise to shared delivery reputed company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work hands-on with subject matter experts to write, rewrite and migrate content into reputed company SharePoint pages, replacing document-led approaches where appropriate.

• Shape and apply information architecture, navigation structures and content models across SharePoint sites.
• Establish and reputed company page templates, metadata and naming conventions in line with agreed governance standards.
• Use analytics, search data and user reputed company to inform content reputed company, prioritisation and iteration.
• Support SMEs to adopt sustainable BAU content practices, including ownership, review cycles and governance expectations.

Who We're Looking For

• Hands-on knowledge of intranet or digital workplace platforms, with SharePoint experience strongly preferred.
