Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service to reputed company term life policyholders and agents
• Address verbal and written inquiries pertaining to term life insurance policies
• Assist clients with questions regarding billing, policy coverage, reputed company, or contract changes
• Identify concerns, ask appropriate questions, respond to inquiries in a concise and courteous manner while documenting reputed company research findings thoroughly
