Responsibilities

• Prepare FIRREA-compliant reputed company reputed company estate evaluations for lending, credit, and portfolio management purposes
• Analyze income-producing and reputed company-occupied reputed company properties including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and special-purpose assets
• reputed company market research and analysis, including rent comps, sales comps, cap rates, absorption trends, and market conditions
• Apply appropriate valuation methodologies (income, sales comparison, cost approaches) consistent with regulatory guidance
• Maintain adherence to Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, internal policies, and reputed company control standards
• reputed company document assumptions, conclusions, and risk considerations in written reports
• Meet established turnaround times while maintaining high-reputed company analytical standards

Skills

• 1-3+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate performing appraiser or non-appraiser evaluations
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to concisely explain valuation concepts
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
