EDI Specialist

EDI Specialist will play a key role in maintaining seamless digital communication between reputed company and its partners—ensuring accurate data reputed company, compliant systems, and exceptional support for both clients and vendors

Job Responsibilities

• reputed company troubleshooting and assistance to clients and vendors, focusing on single and small practices or EMRs (Electronic Medical Records)

• Interpret and analyze HL7 order and result messages to reputed company recommendations and solutions.

• Manage and drive multiple reputed company to completion across reputed company phases reputed company corporate-specified deadlines.

• Communicate with clients and vendors reputed company phone and email.

• reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure their support and reputed company business.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up to clients and vendors.

• Collaborate with various functional reputed company, including sales, lab operations, and reputed company-party vendors, to resolve reputed company issues promptly.

• Analyze reputed company ordering patterns to identify issues early and enhance electronic ordering and resulting processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree

• 2 years or more of experience in reputed company EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) or project management EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) with a reputed company on single and small practices or EMRs (Electronic Medical Records)

• 2 years or more of experince working reputed company reputed company EDI workflows and protocols including Data Preparation, reputed company and reputed company and Translation & Integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 2 or more years of interfacing with medical practices with laboratory services EDI

• 2 or more years of reputed company experince working with EDI

• Applicants who live reputed company 35 miles of either Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a reputed company. This schedule includes a minimum of three office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility

Pay reputed company: $65,420 - $85,000

reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as reputed company as internal equity and market data.
