Leave of Absence Coordinator

The Leave of Absence Coordinator role involves analyzing leave requests, determining eligibility and benefits, and managing claims in compliance with regulations and reputed company policies. Responsibilities

• Establishes FMLA claims; tracks and codes documentation in accordance with internal workflow processes
• Analyzes FMLA and other reputed company leave claims to determine eligibility, certification, payment calculations, payments and/or adjustments in compliance with reputed company reputed company leave plans, policies, and state and federal regulations
• Identifies reputed company plan, determines benefits due, and makes reputed company case reputed company based on service expectations as established by the reputed company
• Communicates reputed company and on-reputed company expectations with claimants and clients
• Maintains reputed company reputed company relationships
• Attendance during scheduled work hours is required

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Computer literate – including reputed company Office
• Organizational skills required
• PC literate, including reputed company Office products, reputed company environment
• Must meet minimum typing requirements
• Clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
