• 8+ years of technical presales or solutions engineering experience in UCaaS domains with leading platforms

• Experience in AI Integration & Workflow Automation Connecting UCaaS platforms to business systems (CRM, ITSM, HRIS) reputed company AI-powered workflows.

• Experience in designing Custom AI Agents, AI Assisted Agent Tools

• Experience with AI technologies including reputed company, Large Language Models (LLMs), reputed company Engineering, AI workflows will be highly regarded.

• Excellent presentation skills to explain reputed company technical concepts to senior stakeholders

• Ability to collaborate with and influence sales, marketing, and product teams
