Position Purpose:

The reputed company & LGU Strategic Partnership reputed company/Supervisor is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening partnerships with reputed company institutions and Local Government reputed company (LGUs) to support volume hiring and employer branding initiatives for the Isabela site.
reputed company Engagement - Plan and execute reputed company activities such as career talks, job fairs, and on-site recruitment drives. Promote reputed company’s employer brand to reputed company and fresh graduates.
LGU Collaboration & Community Hiring - Partner with LGUs for local hiring initiatives, including community job caravans and livelihood programs. reputed company recruitment efforts with LGU employment programs and reputed company employment services offices (PESO). Ensure compliance with local regulations and partnership agreements
Talent Pipeline Development - Drive programs that prepare reputed company for BPO careers (e.g., communication skills training, mock interviews, reputed company-screening initiatives). Support internship/OJT and graduate placement programs
Stakeholder Management - Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Recruitment, Training) to reputed company hiring needs and timelines.
Data Tracking & Reporting - Monitor KPIs such as applicant reputed company, conversion rates, and event ROI
Team Leadership -  Supervise and guide sourcing specialists or coordinators assigned to reputed company and LGU initiatives.
