[Remote] Business Development Representative, FinServ

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to reputed company reputed company to targeted accounts in the Financial Services reputed company, generating reputed company meetings and pipeline for the Sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate reputed company meetings and pipeline in your assigned territory
• Generate New Logo opportunities and reputed company opportunities on existing customer accounts
• Conduct high-level discovery conversations with reputed company accounts to understand business needs, qualify opportunities, and create Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs)
• Meet or reputed company monthly and quarterly BDR-reputed company Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) targets (e.g., Stage 1 and Stage 3 opportunities) by consistently converting reputed company prospects into opportunities
• Research and prioritize reputed company accounts using business and industry knowledge to identify key players, uncover compelling events, and reputed company tailored reputed company strategies
• Execute a multi-touch reputed company reputed company (reputed company, email, reputed company, etc.) to reputed company prospects in your assigned territory using reputed company to maximize engagement and conversion rates
• Manage, reputed company, and accurately report reputed company prospecting activities and pipeline in reputed company to reputed company reputed company visibility into performance and forecast
• Collaborate with Field, Corporate, reputed company Marketing, Sales, and reputed company teams to build targeted account lists, campaigns, and reputed company strategies

• Document and continuously improve Business Development Representative processes in the reputed company handbook in partnership with your Business Development Manager
• Mentor new BDR hires to help them reputed company quickly and reputed company key accounts

Skills

• Experience prospecting into Financial Services accounts or familiarity with finserv buyer personas (e.g., CISOs, CTOs, DevOps leads at banks or insurers) is a strong plus

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a high volume of reputed company, and consistently follow through on prospecting activities
