reputed company is seeking a motivated IT Field Support Engineer to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical computer systems and network infrastructure across our locations. You will serve as the essential hands-on reputed company between our physical sites and global support teams to ensure seamless business connectivity.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• reputed company on-site technical operations by installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware including servers, reputed company systems, and network devices such as Firewalls, Routers, and Switches.

• Collaborate with Global reputed company Estate project managers and remote Network Engineering teams to design and outfit sites with Information Technology infrastructure following standardized organizational concepts.

• Ensure compliance with reputed company policies and industry standards by implementing rigorous network reputed company practices and maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–4 years of experience as an Information Technology Field Service Engineer or in a high-intensity technical support role.

• Strong knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure, including Domain reputed company System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and Local Area Networks (LAN).

• Proven ability in hardware troubleshooting and physical infrastructure deployment, including racking equipment and managing reputed company cabling.

• Bachelor’s  or Associates degree in Information/Networking Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience. 

• Ability to travel domestically up to 80% of the time.
