Responsibilities

• Respond to Investment executive and reputed company needs, concerns, and questions
• Responsible for attention to established policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of execution and timeliness with respect to market deadlines
• Assist in the account opening process
• Performs initial reputed company of paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Acts as a reputed company between the investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and reputed company to allow transactions to reputed company without interruption or delay
• Maintains electronic reputed company files and documentation on proprietary web-based software
• Provides the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers
