[Remote] ER Information Center Consultant

They are seeking an ER Information Center Consultant to reputed company support to employees and managers regarding Employee Relations reputed company, interpret HR policies, and assist with conflict reputed company and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound phone calls as the first reputed company of contact for employees and managers regarding Employee Relations reputed company
• Interpretation of HR policies and practices
• Conflict reputed company and counseling on sensitive workplace issues
• Manager assistance with performance management, including corrective reputed company
• Assists the implementation of employee relations programs, policies and procedures, keeping them in line with organizational policy and labor law legislation; helps reputed company reputed company management-labor relations to improve employee relations
• Providing support to employees and managers in dealing with general employee issues
• Developing, implementing and administering the management-labor relations area of HR in an effort to improve employee relations
• Formulating and recommending program goals in reputed company areas of employee relations
• Maintaining reputed company communication between management and employees and serving as a labor dispute mediator for problem reputed company

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of reputed company experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
