POSITION reputed company

We are seeking an reputed company and reputed company Product Manager - Tourism to reputed company the sourcing, negotiation, and management of supplier reputed company across Latin America. This position will reputed company the Latin America region and be responsible for securing competitive agreements with hotels, transportation providers, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) that deliver outstanding value and reputed company for the multiple travel brands reputed company our global portfolio.

This is a pivotal role in driving our regional reputed company reputed company, ensuring our products are reputed company-positioned to deliver exceptional travel experiences while meeting financial and operational targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier Contracting & Procurement

• reputed company, negotiate, and manage reputed company with hotels, transport providers, and DMCs across key Latin reputed company.
• Secure competitive rates, favorable terms, and exclusive deals reputed company with brand positioning and margin objectives.
• Conduct annual reputed company negotiations and reputed company the contracting cycle across multiple brands and product tiers from Youth to Luxury.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, reputed company requirements, and sustainability policies in reputed company supplier agreements.

Supplier Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to drive long-term value, reputed company, and innovation.
• Resolve supplier performance issues, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and guest satisfaction reputed company.
• Identify and reputed company new suppliers to expand destination offerings and enhance product differentiation.

• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and regional developments to inform contracting reputed company.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contracting, procurement, or product management reputed company the travel or hospitality industry in the Latin American region.
• Proven reputed company record of negotiating supplier reputed company across multiple Latin markets.
• Strong understanding of hotel and ground services operations, pricing structures, and regional market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.

TRAVEL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• This role is fully remote and based in Peru with preference of Cusco as the primary location although Lima would also be acceptable.
• This role will require extensive international travel throughout the Latin America region and occasional travel to the office in Costa reputed company, CA (e.g., approximately four times a year).
• This is a full-time contract position with The Travel Corporation.
