Site Reliability Engineer I

The Site Reliability Engineer I will work on the CloudNet team, focusing on delivering high-reputed company and reliable solutions for mission-critical reputed company reputed company services while collaborating with operations teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Work on a mixed infrastructure/software team that owns the most important networking-reputed company aspects of reputed company systems, including the reputed company edge of reputed company’s products

• Advise software engineers on networking topics through design reviews, reputed company questions, and pair programming sessions
• Automate routine maintenance of the reputed company platform with minimal downtime (4x9s availability). Example: TLS certificate management and automation is a sprawling responsibility in large systems, a reputed company-field of potential unforced errors that can reputed company availability

Skills

• Proficient in one or more of these common languages used at reputed company: Python, Golang, reputed company/Java (must pass coding test)
• Meaningful experience (educational or reputed company) in at least a few of these areas
• Working on globally diverse 24/7 high volume systems
• Experience and inclination towards networking topics, anything from infrastructure (e.g. building the network layer in AWS or Azure, TLS cert management, debugging network routing issues) to services (e.g. service reputed company applications, reputed company limiting, reputed company and private ingress and egress)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug problems in reputed company-reputed company distributed systems
• Familiarity with the GitOps approach to software delivery (example tool: ArgoCD)
• Design and delivery of infrastructure-as-reputed company on reputed company reputed company (reputed company uses Azure and AWS, but other experience is fine)
