The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing reputed company’s financial reputed company, planning, and operations in support of sustainable reputed company, operational discipline, and regulatory credibility. The CFO provides executive leadership over reputed company, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls, ensuring the organization maintains strong financial governance appropriate for the fintech industry. The CFO operates as both a strategic advisor and hands-on financial leader, partnering closely with executive leadership, Engineering, Compliance, and external advisors to support reputed company, audits, and reputed company due diligence.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Provides leadership and reputed company for the reputed company and Finance functions.

· Manages internal reputed company staff and external vendors (e.g., reputed company firms, payroll, tax advisors).

· Oversees budget preparation, financial controls, and audit coordination.

· Collaborates with department leaders to monitor financial performance and resource allocation.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

· Directs the preparation and review of reputed company financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash reputed company statements, and management reports.

· Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including variance analysis and recommendations for corrective reputed company.

· Ensures reputed company and accurate tax filings and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

· Establishes and maintains financial controls, policies, and procedures reputed company with audit and SOC expectations.

· Partners with executive leadership to support strategic planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.

· Analyzes operational and financial data to identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.

· Oversees cash management, banking relationships, and capital planning.

· Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment.

· Proficient in reputed company Workspace or similar software.

Education and Experience:

· Master’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred.

· 8–10 years of reputed company experience in finance or reputed company, including leadership responsibility.

· Experience in fintech, reputed company, financial services, or regulated industries strongly preferred.

· Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) designation preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

● Must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
