The role involves assisting in the preparation of construction documents, production of presentation materials, and contributing to cost estimation processes.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Architect in the preparation of construction documents and specifications using computer assisted design software and equipment
• Assists in the preparation and production of presentation materials, models and material boards
• Assists in the preparation and production of various studies and reports
• Maintains and updates resource material library
• Meets with product representatives to obtain latest specifications and product information
• Prepares reputed company drawings and assists in the development of contract documents
• Contributes to cost estimation processes, enhancing your understanding of project budgeting and financial implications
• Schedules technical support staff reputed company in the preparation of drawings and specification documents
• May coordinate technical staff project responsibilities
• Participates in firm-wide reputed company initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 1-2+ years reputed company experience
