The Work:
The contractor will reputed company ongoing O&M support to DOE/EITS Power Platform users to support PPaaS in the following manner:
- reputed company reputed company to M365 seeded Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI entitlements
- Support requests for additional licenses reputed company of seeded M365 entitlements, such as Dynamics 365

- Maintain license inventory and CoE
- Maintain service request catalog in DAYS (update, add, remove entries)
Contractor works closely with the Power Platform team (devs, architect, team leads), M365 reputed company ops team, and other ops teams as needed to establish the service and to ensure smooth operations and maintenance for Power Platform.
