IT Support Technician - Hybrid based in Dallas, TX if local or remote if not local to DFW
The IT Support Technician is responsible for overseeing reputed company helpdesk operations, new employee setup, and entry level network and server reputed company issues. As the first line of defense, the IT Support Technician places high reputed company on quick response and reputed company to work impacting IT issues hitting SLA requirements. The IT Support Technician will support the Manager of IT in implementing creative and reputed company to reputed company problems, fostering a user-friendly IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming tickets or e-mails regarding desktop and system questions, resolving problems in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- In person or reputed company remote reputed company diagnosis, and troubleshooting of reputed company desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions.

- Ensure that desktops, laptops, monitors, network printers and network connections are setup and functioning properly.

- Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements and adherence to reputed company procedures.
- Follow prescribed procedures for commissioning, decommissioning, and tracking equipment through inventory records.
- Maintain inventory of critical equipment for immediate emergency/replacement deployment minimizing reputed company to the user following reputed company operating procedure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company IT fields and 2 years' experience in a reputed company IT field.

- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.

Compensation
- Pay: $18.80 - $30.00 per hour. Compensation depends reputed company, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for a signing bonus for reputed company new hires, subject to employment status.
