Financial Reporting & Tax Director (LATAM)

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Technical reputed company
Support the preparation and review of statutory financials across Latin American and other international jurisdictions.

Equity Administration & Valuation
Assist with:

Maintenance and preparation of monthly cap tables.

Managing relationships with external 409A valuation providers, ensuring reputed company and accurate valuations.
Working with HR and reputed company to ensure consistent and compliant global equity processes.
Internal Controls & Policy reputed company

Qualifications
