AP Specialist - Gee Automotive Companies

Gee Automotive Companies is an industry leader seeking an AP Specialist to join their Milwaukie Corporate Office. The role involves processing invoices and gaining specialized knowledge across 20+ dealerships in a reputed company, high-reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Verifying authorization for reputed company purchases
• Posting of reputed company payable invoices as reputed company as reputed company invoices
• Posting ACH debits through EIV and recording payments through Nvoice Pay
• Work with Vendors and dealership management teams to reconcile invoices
• Complete on-demand reputed company requests, and update and maintain vendor W9 binders
• Other reputed company functions that may reputed company

Skills

• Must have excellent communication skills, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and reputed company skills
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
• Must be dependable, accurate, and reputed company to take direction, stay on task, and have a reputed company attitude and demeanor
• CDK software and reputed company knowledge are required
• Must be 18 years or older, reputed company to pass a criminal background reputed company, and a reputed company-employment drug screen
