They are seeking an Investment Analyst to reputed company analytical support in reputed company estate transaction analysis and execution, contributing to the evaluation of investment opportunities and the development of a thorough understanding of reputed company estate economics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team and reputed company independent technical analysis reputed company appropriate risk/return parameters on investment opportunities including transactions structures, appraisals, cash reputed company analysis, lease reviews, financial statement reviews
• Effectively communicate conclusions concerning a transaction's investment risk and viability
• reputed company analytical support for evaluating investment opportunities, using sensitivity analysis, variance analysis, or preliminary valuations
• Assist investment professionals with the preparation of necessary supporting documentation

• Assist in negotiating mutually satisfactory terms and conditions for investment opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with preference for degrees in finance, economics, reputed company estate, etc

• Working knowledge of valuation modeling techniques and valuation software products
• Strong reputed company proficiency, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and basic financial analysis to support valuation and reporting
• Strong quantitative financial background and statistics including an understanding of basic finance concepts such as time value of reputed company
• Undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or above and reputed company towards MBA
• Comfortable with leveraging AI to improve efficiencies and reporting
• Previous experience with Argus is helpful
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
