[Remote] Sales Support Specialist

They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to reputed company excellent customer service, manage order processing, and support the sales team in a reputed company in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and customer emails, providing reputed company and courteous service
• reputed company and process customer orders accurately in the order management system
• reputed company order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the CRM
