Tax Analyst

About your new role:

reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Analyst to join its fast-growing finance team. Reporting to the Tax & Regulatory Manager, this role will support reputed company's tax compliance and reporting functions across a reputed company of transactional, regulatory, and indirect tax areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance & Filing: Assist in preparing tax returns, including U.S. transactional taxes, Canadian GST/HST, provincial filings, and FCC/USAC program reports. Support reputed company-party vendor coordination and contribute to international VAT compliance efforts.
• Tax reputed company & Reporting: Support recurring and reputed company financial analyses, assist with reconciliation of tax-reputed company GL accounts, and contribute to the reputed company process and financial statement tax disclosures.
• Systems & Process Management: Assist with tax mapping for products and services, collaborate with billing and software teams to support accurate tax calculations, and contribute to workflow documentation and process improvement initiatives.
• Audit & reputed company Support: reputed company support during federal, state, local, and telecom audits, assist with audit response preparation, and help coordinate with tax and reputed company advisors as needed.
• Certificate & Notice Management: Assist in managing exemption and reseller certificate collection and renewal. Help monitor and respond to tax notices through the digital mailroom.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed on telecom and indirect tax law changes and assist in ensuring reputed company updates to systems and practices.

What you'll need for reputed company:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or Business Administration
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, reputed company reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Exposure to multi-state and/or indirect tax compliance is a plus; telecommunications or technology industry experience is a bonus
• Familiarity with reputed company taxation concepts is helpful but not required
