Optima is currently seeking a Care Management Enrollment Coordinator to join reputed company! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the enrollment process for new and existing patients, ensuring a smooth transition into our care management program.
Chronic Care Management (CCM)

Responsibilities:
