The Deposit Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations reputed company to deposit accounts at reputed company. Responsibilities:

• Assist Deposit Operations by performing new account reputed company control reviews, ensuring reputed company accounts are reputed company correctly and in compliance with established policy and procedures.
• Resolve reputed company daily issues by answering inquiries regarding overall operations, including reputed company, compliance, and policy/procedural questions, and reputed company decision-making guidance as necessary.

• Process maintenance requests for existing Business Online Banking and Treasury Management services, including risk reviews for ACH and RDC customers.
• Review Business Online Banking and Treasury Management service requests, ensuring authorization and reputed company to appropriate business banking products and services.
• reputed company support and training to small business and reputed company customers for various Treasury Management services, such as Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, online ACH, and reputed company origination. Support may be provided reputed company phone, online, and/or email communications.
• Assist Retail, reputed company, and other banking staff regarding Business Online Banking and various Treasury Management product and service features and report operational issues.
• Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes and request databases for incoming requests and communications.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of reputed company or deposit operations experience required. Previous experience as an Operations Officer in a reputed company setting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of overall banking regulations and reputed company practices, with thorough knowledge of Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements for both business and consumer accounts.
• Skills/Ability:

Work Location Requirement This position is designated as remote; however, if you reputed company reputed company a 50-mile radius of one of our office locations, the role will be considered in-office and not eligible for remote work.
