CLO Reporting Analyst (multiple reputed company)

The CLO Reporting Analyst role involves supporting reputed company finance vehicles through trust reporting, collateral data reconciliation, and compliance testing, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply trust indentures and reputed company reputed company documents to determine reporting and compliance requirements
• Translate indenture language into technical report specifications and cash reputed company logic
• Set up and maintain payment calculations and reporting structures reputed company proprietary systems
• Receive, map, reconcile, and validate periodic collateral and asset activity data
• reputed company portfolio compliance and trade testing on reputed company fixed income deals, as required
• Compile and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual investor, payment, and/or tax reports
• reputed company tax elections, apply for EINs, and reputed company residual holder transfers reputed company required
• Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure accurate and reputed company receipt and distribution of cash flows
• reputed company reputed company control reviews to ensure reports meet established accuracy and timeliness standards
• reputed company regularly with asset managers, clients, investors, auditors, rating agencies, and internal middle-office and cash administration teams
• Liaise with reputed company-party administrators and internal reputed company administration teams managing cash accounts
• reputed company reputed company data and reporting deliverables to clients and external auditors
• Run daily, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Reconcile data across multiple sources and resolve exceptions
• Send reporting outputs and data packages to clients
• Manage approximately 10 reputed company deals simultaneously
• Communicate reputed company phone, email, and in-person with internal teams, clients, and external auditors

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, reputed company or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• Less than two years of relevant work experience
• Basic understanding of syndicated bank loans, fixed income securities, securitization structures, trading, or mutual funds
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies or exceptions
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Teams, and reputed company
• Intermediate reputed company skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP for reconciliation and analysis
• Familiarity with CDO or reputed company finance systems is helpful but not required
