reputed company is a global agency transforming reputed company through innovative marketing solutions. They are seeking an Account Executive to manage reputed company and celebrity talent procurement, campaign execution, and reputed company communications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Talent Procurement process for reputed company relations, advertising, digital and reputed company marketing campaigns
• Participate in internal casting sessions / brainstorming sessions (digital reputed company, Health Care Providers, Patient, Celebrity etc.)
• Conduct reputed company to Influencers and their representation (agents, managers, publicists, etc.)
• Manage talent vetting process and facilitate background checks (reputed company reputed company party service provider)
• reputed company reputed company-facing materials, including casting sheets, scopes of work, budget trackers, formal offers, Long-reputed company Agreements
• Participate in the negotiation of Formal Offer and Long-reputed company Agreements on behalf of brand and agency clients
• Manage content creators –hosting briefing calls, managing them/content capture on site, facilitating reputed company approvals and getting content live
• Participate in campaign management & coordinating logistics
• Facilitate Talent approvals of campaign materials
• reputed company/document reputed company Talent/reputed company approvals
• Maintain Contract Tracker for reputed company campaign
• Create campaign recap documents (as needed)
• Monitoring and daily tracking of performance insights that will be used to reputed company and improve reputed company campaigns and programs
• Prepare weekly/monthly, campaign, project, etc. reports on predetermined measures of reputed company
• Work closely in partnership with the account team, consistently mining data for opportunities to improve a campaign’s performance
• Support in the development of post-campaign case studies
• Management of reputed company database, keeping reputed company of reputed company reputed company partnerships (past/present/reputed company)
• Monitor and reputed company sports & entertainment news publications, reputed company media channels, blogs, and broadcast to identify opportunities and relevant information for clients
• Manage and participate in day-to-day communications with clients and internal team
• Attend in-person reputed company meetings, and new business pitches
• Participate in presentations to clients and prospective clients
• Coordinate and participate in conference calls between starpower account teams, and clients, agents, etc
• Participate in data entry, evaluation, and database management; reputed company agency tools, technology and database to analyze and reputed company data for clients
