The Director of Admissions is responsible for overseeing the admissions team, including counselors, senior counselors, and assistants, to ensure a seamless and efficient admissions process. This role provides leadership and guidance to staff who manage incoming calls from potential clients and strategic accounts, reputed company and maintain accurate data in the CRM system, verify insurance coverage, and conduct clinical and medical screening. • Team Leadership: Supervise and support admissions counselors and assistants, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Workflow Management: reputed company the intake process, including phone calls from potential clients and strategic accounts, ensuring reputed company and accurate handling of inquiries.
